How long do hairstrokes last?
Hairstrokes typically last 12-18 months, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Oilier skin types may require more frequent touch-ups. A top-up appointment is recommended after 12-18 months to maintain your perfect brows.
Is the treatment painful?
Most clients describe the sensation as mild discomfort rather than pain. We use a topical numbing cream before and during treatment to ensure you're comfortable throughout. Many clients even relax enough to fall asleep!
What is the healing process like?
Initial healing takes 7-14 days. Your brows will appear darker immediately after treatment, then scab and flake as they heal, revealing your final colour. Complete healing takes 4-6 weeks. Detailed aftercare instructions are provided to ensure optimal results.
How can I prepare for my treatment?
Brows
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and other blood-thinning supplements for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Lips
Keep lips well hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment by drinking plenty of water and using a gentle lip balm.

What if I don't like the shape?
Before any pigment touches your skin, we spend time drawing, mapping, and adjusting your brow shape until you're 100% happy. You'll approve the design before we begin, and we work collaboratively to achieve your perfect look.
Is the £50 deposit refundable?
The £50 deposit is non-refundable but is deducted from your final treatment cost. This deposit secures your appointment time and demonstrates commitment. Please give 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
